Toblerone – Mousse

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 200 g chocolate (Toblerone)
  • 300 g whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes

Heat the milk in a small saucepan. Break off two corners of the Toblerone and set aside. Chop the remaining chocolate and melt it in a hot water bath. Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly, and let it cool. Meanwhile, whip the cream until stiff peaks form and then fold into the still-melted chocolate. Cover the mousse and chill for at least 4 hours. Using two spoons, scoop out rounds of the mousse and arrange in glasses. Grate the remaining Toblerone over the top using a vegetable peeler.
