Toffee cream cups

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g whipped cream
  • 2 tsp coffee powder (espresso), instant
  • 125 g double cream
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Chocolate shavings
  • wafer rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Caramelize 150g of sugar in a saucepan. Pour in the cream and stir the caramel until completely dissolved. Stir in the espresso powder. Let the toffee cream cool. Mix the double cream with the quark, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Layer the cream and quark with the toffee cream alternately in 4 dessert glasses. Decorate with grated chocolate and wafer rolls.
