Toffifee – Cheesecake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 130 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 80 g sugar
  • 700 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 200 g sugar (150 g is also sufficient)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla or cream)
  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • Confectionery (25 Toffifee)
  • possibly walnuts or chocolate, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine flour with baking powder and knead with butter, sugar, and egg to form a dough. Line the bottom and sides of a 26cm springform pan with the dough. Chill the pan. Roughly chop the Toffifee. Mix the eggs with the sugar and pudding powder. Mix in the quark and semolina. Spread the Toffifee on the dough base and cover with the quark mixture. Bake at 180°C for about 60 minutes. Decorate with chocolate, Toffifee, or chopped nuts, if desired.
