Herbal Tofu Balls with Vegetables Mix with Roasted Onions
The perfect herbal tofu balls with vegetables mix with roasted onions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Herbs – tofu – balls
- 200 g Herb tofu
- 1 chopped Onion
- 2 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 2 tbsp Lupine flour
- 1 tbsp Seitan fix
- Salt pepper
- Oil for frying
Vegetables mix
- 2 piece Potatoes
- 1 piece Broccoli stalk
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Kohlrabi
Others
- 4 piece Onions
- 1 tsp Vegetable salt *
- 1 tsp Oil for frying
Herbs – tofu – balls
- Crumble tofu in a bowl, add the chopped onion, paprika and salt & pepper. Mix the lupine flour with the seitan well beforehand and also add and mix everything together or knead.
- Let the dough stand for about 15 minutes. Then roll the balls and roll them in breadcrumbs and then fry them in the oil.
Vegetables mix
- Peel, wash and cut all vegetables. Cook in a saucepan with water and vegetable salt.
Braise Zweibel
- Peel and cut the onions and fry them nicely in the oil …. brown them a little so there are roasted aromas.
Serving
- Put the vegetable sauce on the preheated plate, add the fried herb-tofu balls and pour the braised onions on top – bon appetit
- Some of them were left over and they were used for another dish 🙂
