Tofu – basil – spread

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g tofu, natural
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 1 handful of basil leaves
  • herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegetarian spread – healthy and delicious

Place the tofu and the remaining ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth (add a few drops of olive oil if desired). The spread will keep in the refrigerator for a few days.
