Tofu – tomato salad with coriander

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g tofu, natural
  • 5 tomatoes (vine tomatoes or cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 3 stalks of coriander
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ lime(s), the juice
  • possibly cayenne pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious, Thai-inspired salad, simple and healthy

Steam the tofu for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes, slice the spring onions, and chop the cilantro. Prepare the dressing: Mix the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and a pinch of cayenne pepper, if desired. Dice the tofu and stir in the tomatoes and cilantro. Mix in the dressing.
