Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g tofu, natural
- 5 tomatoes (vine tomatoes or cherry tomatoes)
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 3 stalks of coriander
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ lime(s), the juice
- possibly cayenne pepper

Steam the tofu for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes, slice the spring onions, and chop the cilantro. Prepare the dressing: Mix the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and a pinch of cayenne pepper, if desired. Dice the tofu and stir in the tomatoes and cilantro. Mix in the dressing.
