Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g celeriac, finely sliced (approx. 2 mm)
- 2 apples, sour, finely sliced
- 100 g walnuts, crushed
- 100 g mayonnaise, preferably homemade
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 100 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Waldorf salad always worth a sin
Mix the mayonnaise with salt and lemon juice, whip the cream lightly, and add it. Stir in the celery, apples, and walnuts. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
