Tomahawk – Steak Fried Backwards
The perfect tomahawk – steak fried backwards recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Tomahawk steak approx. 4 – 5 cm thick
- Olive oil
- Salt pepper
- The steak should be at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 90 °.
- Rub the meat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and place in a baking dish.
- Leave to stand in the middle of the oven for 90 minutes.
- The meat should have a core temperature of 50 – 55 °.
- Heat the pan, add the olive oil.
- Fry for 2 minutes on each side.
- Then season with salt and pepper.
- The meat stays super juicy.
