Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100g fusilli
- 2 large tomatoes
- ½ bunch basil
- 2 tbsp margarine, vegan
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- some salt and pepper, black
- some herbs, Mediterranean, dried
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, optional

vegan, simple and without a lot of dishes
Boil about 1 liter of water, add 1 tablespoon of salt, and cook 100g of pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the 2 large tomatoes and chop half a bunch of basil. Drain the pasta water, add 2 tablespoons of margarine (or olive oil if you like) to the pasta in the pot, and toss to coat. Add the tomato paste, tomatoes, and basil. Season with salt, pepper, and Mediterranean herbs of your choice (garlic, oregano, rosemary, paprika, etc.). Let the vegetables heat through for about another minute.
