Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Tomato slices, depending on the size
- 2 tbsp Grated cheese, sort to taste
- 1 essl Cream or milk
- 1 Msp Baking powder
- Chilli, salt
- Oil
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs with the cream, baking powder and spices. Fold in the cheese.
- Heat some oil in a small pan (20 cm) and put the tomato slices in it.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top. After a short time, reduce the temperature. Cover with aluminum foil and allow to set for about 10 minutes.
- Use a plate to turn the omelette. Enjoy your meal!
