Tomato and Cheese Omelette

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Tomato slices, depending on the size
  • 2 tbsp Grated cheese, sort to taste
  • 1 essl Cream or milk
  • 1 Msp Baking powder
  • Chilli, salt
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the eggs with the cream, baking powder and spices. Fold in the cheese.
  • Heat some oil in a small pan (20 cm) and put the tomato slices in it.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the top. After a short time, reduce the temperature. Cover with aluminum foil and allow to set for about 10 minutes.
  • Use a plate to turn the omelette. Enjoy your meal!
