Ingredients
- 500 g Egg pasta macaroni short
- 500 ml Sieved tomatoes
- 1 can Pizza tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 100 g Cream cheese low in fat
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- 50 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Salt, pepper, basil, oregano
- 75 g Grated Emmental
Instructions
- Dice the onion and sauté in 1 tablespoon of oil
- Add the strained and pizza tomatoes, add sugar and simmer for 5 minutes on a low heat
- Add the stock and milk, stir in the cream cheese
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring again and again so that the cream cheese dissolves
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, basil & oregano
- There was also a little grated Emmental on top
