Tomato and cucumber salad with goat cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 100 g goat cheese
  • 16 tbsp cream
  • 3 tsp dill
  • 3 tsp chives
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ pack of salad herbs
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Simple, super tasty, goes with almost any dish

Prepare a suitable bowl that will easily hold all of the ingredients. Peel the onion(s), chop them finely, chop the dill and chives (if fresh and not frozen), and add both to the bowl. Add the cream, salad herbs, vinegar, oil, and spices and mix with a whisk. Taste and season to taste. Peel the cucumber and dice it and the goat cheese. Quarter the tomatoes, remove the core and seeds, cut into strips, and then dice them. Add everything to the bowl, mix well again, and season to taste. Tip: You can also easily convert tablespoons to ml: 1 tablespoon is approximately 15 ml.
