Tomato and feta cheese salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 bowls of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 piece(s) of sheep’s cheese
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Pepper, coarsely ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Cut the feta cheese into small pieces (first cut small pieces, then chop coarsely, preferably) and add. Slice the spring onions into thin rings. Finely chop the basil (as desired). Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and season lightly with pepper. I never add salt, as the feta cheese is already salty.
