Tomato and feta from the microwave

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes, diced
  • ½ pack of feta cheese, finely diced
  • pepper
  • diced olives if desired
  • Pepper if desired, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

super easy, quick and delicious

Season the diced tomatoes with pepper and place them in a deep dish. Cover and microwave for 2 minutes at 600 watts. Then add the feta cubes and stir in. Cover and microwave for 2 minutes at 600 watts. Serve immediately. You can add diced olives or peppers, if desired. I often eat it as a snack in the summer, as I often have a very large tomato harvest.
