Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g mushrooms
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- oregano
- n. B. garlic
- little balsamic vinegar, white
- a little olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean the mushrooms and trim the stems. Then slice them thinly and arrange them on two plates. Finely chop the feta cheese and spread it on top of the mushrooms. Drizzle with oregano, garlic, a little balsamic vinegar, and a little olive oil. Heat in the microwave at low wattage (approx. 180 W) for about 1 minute. Serve lukewarm.
