Tomato and herb wraps

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 wraps
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 ½ handfuls of fresh herbs of your choice (garden herbs)
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Briefly heat the wraps in a pan without fat. This makes them easier to roll up. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and chop the herbs. You can use a variety of herbs. I prefer parsley, chives, mint, and basil, but you can also try other combinations. Spread the warm wraps with the cream cheese, leaving out the edges. Place the tomatoes in a strip down the center and season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle the herbs on top. You can use a lot of herbs; it makes it fresher. Now roll up the wraps and serve.
