Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tomatoes, mixed in size and color
- 1 pot of basil
- 6 tbsp olive oil, mild
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 shot of balsamic vinegar (balsam)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 cup yogurt, Greek
- salt and pepper
- some spice mix (tomato-mozzarella-salt)
- some sugar
- 4 balls of mozzarella

The special dressing adds a special touch
Wash the tomatoes, halve and quarter them (depending on their size) to create bite-sized pieces, and place them in a salad bowl. Place the basil in a tall container. Add the olive oil, vinegar, and balsamic vinegar and puree everything with a hand blender. Crush the garlic, add the yogurt, and puree again. Season with salt, pepper, tomato-mozzarella salt, and sugar. If it’s too thick, add a little water. Pour the dressing over the tomatoes. Dice the mozzarella balls and fold in.
