Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 400 g Mozzarella
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • Fresh seasonal herbs e.g. basil, thyme, marjoram, rosemary
  • 3 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 8 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt from the mill
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions
 

  • Wash the tomatoes, cut in half, quarter them depending on the size and place in a bowl.
  • Drain the mozzarella, cut into cubes and add to the tomatoes.
  • Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse the herbs and pat dry. Pluck the leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Add the garlic and herbs to the tomatoes and mix everything together.
  • Fold in the vinegar and oil. Season the salad with salt and pepper and let the salad steep for about 1 hour.
