Tomato and onion salad with balsamic linseed oil dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), red
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. oregano
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar di Modena
  • 2 tbsp linseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel the onions and slice into rings. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Then marinate with balsamic vinegar and linseed oil. Let it sit for a while, and it will taste even better.
