Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup cream cheese, grainy
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 tomatoes, dried
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • ½ tsp honey
  • 8 leaves of fresh basil
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 5 minutes

super fast and delicious

Place the sun-dried tomatoes in a bowl of water and let them soak for about half an hour. Then cut them into small pieces. Roast the pine nuts in a non-stick pan without oil. Place the cream cheese in a bowl and mix with the tomato paste and honey. Roughly chop the basil and fold it in along with the pine nuts and tomato pieces. Serve with whole-grain rolls.
