  • 1 avocado(s) (Hass), ripe
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • Vanilla

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Depending on the size of the avocados, allow 1-1.5 avocados per person. It’s best to puree the flesh to make it very creamy. Add the honey or agave syrup and whisk, then add the cocoa powder and vanilla to taste and whisk well. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Season to taste, serve, and enjoy the astonished faces.
