quick to make and delicious

Wash the chicken breast fillet or turkey schnitzel and pat dry. Halve the chicken breast fillet lengthwise to reduce the thickness. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder, and place in a baking dish. Mix the chopped tomatoes with the honey, mustard, and dill sauce and cream. Season to taste with the aforementioned spices and add chili to your liking (or not, if you don’t like it). Pour the mixture over the meat and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180-190°C. The cooking time depends on the thickness of the pieces of meat. Sprinkle with cheese shortly before the end of the cooking time. Serve with rice or plain baguette. The dish is quick to make and requires little effort. And if more people unexpectedly stay for dinner, simply cut the chicken breast fillet into 3 pieces or halve the turkey schnitzel. With plenty of rice or bread on the side, everyone will be full and lick their fingers. At least that’s the case with us.
