Tomato butter with basil

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g tomato(s), dried pickled in oil
  • 250 g butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, cream the softened butter until creamy. Drain the tomatoes and set aside a little oil. Purée the tomatoes with a food processor, then add the grated garlic. Mix well with the butter and finally add the basil. Enjoy.
