Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup of milk
- 150 g ham, cooked
- Salt
- pepper
- oregano
- Sugar
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Oil (olive oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for pasta
Thinly slice the mushrooms. Sauté them in a little olive oil. Briefly fry the tomato paste. Deglaze with the cream. Fill the empty cup with milk and add it. Dice the cooked ham and add it to the sauce. Season to taste and thicken or reduce slightly if necessary. Pour over cooked pasta and garnish with a little Parmesan cheese.
