Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g low-fat quark (low-fat curd cheese)
- 50 g gherkins
- 80 g tomato paste
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, preferably red
- 1 tbsp cucumber water
- some salt
- ½ tsp powder (rock candy powder), or sugar
- 1 tsp marjoram or oregano
- possibly parsley, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
low-fat, vegetarian
Finely chop the gherkins, mix with the other ingredients, and season. Garnish with fresh parsley, if available. The shelf life of the spread depends on the expiration date of the quark. The entire dip has approximately 260 kcal, using sweetener and low-fat quark.
