Tomato-feta cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tomatoes
  • 250 g feta cheese
  • n. B. Capers, optional
  • salt and pepper
  • Sweetener (liquid sweetener) or sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the tomatoes as desired and place them in a bowl. Crumble the feta cheese slightly and add it. Then, if you have them, add some capers (not necessary). Season well with salt, pepper, and sweetener or sugar if desired. Blend everything with an immersion blender until smooth. Serve on bread or eaten straight from the bowl. It can also be used as a salad base.
