Tomato gnocchi with chicken

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp herb butter
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 400 g gnocchi, from the refrigerated section
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce
  • 45 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 1 pack of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Rinse the chicken breast, dry it, and season with salt and pepper. Fry it in hot herb butter for 2 minutes per side. Peel the garlic and press it in. Fry the gnocchi for 3 minutes. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into wedges, and add them. Season everything with salt and pepper. Stir in the chili sauce. Sprinkle with Emmental and Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven for about 8 minutes.
