Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 kg tomatoes
- 3 m.-sized onion(s)
- 3 small peppers
- 3 bay leaves
- 6 large spice grains
- 3 tbsp salt
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Clean and chop the first five ingredients, and let them simmer for one hour, then sift everything through a sieve. Then add the remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened. Finally, pour the mixture into hot jars, screw on the lids, and turn upside down to create a vacuum. If you like, you can also boil the ketchup down.
