Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g millet
- Water
- 100 g tomato paste
- 100 g cheese (e.g. Gouda), grated
- 6 tbsp ketchup
- Peppermint, dried
- Marjoram, dried
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
simple, quick and filling
Cook the millet until soft according to the package instructions. Stir in the tomato paste and ketchup. Then fold in the cheese and season to taste. If the tomato millet is a bit too dry, simply add a little more ketchup.
