Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 pkt. pizza dough from the refrigerated section, for 1 tray
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 5 sprigs of oregano, fresh or 1 tsp dried
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 750 g minced meat, mixed
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Grease for the tray
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 250g mozzarella

Instructions

Remove the pizza dough from the refrigerator and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Clean, wash, and roughly chop the mushrooms. Wash the oregano and chop, reserving a little for sprinkling. Heat the oil, fry the onion, garlic, and mushrooms vigorously, then remove from the pan. Fry the minced meat in the frying fat until crumbly. Add the mushrooms. Season everything with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Remove the dough from the package, unroll it, and place it on a small greased baking sheet (approx. 22 x 38 cm), pressing up or folding over the edges slightly. Spread the minced meat on top. Slice the mozzarella and spread it on top. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven (top/bottom heat: 200°C, fan: 175°C, gas mark 3) for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining oregano.
