Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 small tomatoes
- 150g mozzarella
- ¼ bunch basil
- 6 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Cut the mozzarella into slices, then into thick sticks. Whisk the eggs with the milk and mix with a little basil. Season with salt and pepper. Now, melt the butter in a large pan, pour in half of the egg mixture, and let it set. Shake the pan, sprinkle the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil over the top, and cook for another 3 minutes over low heat.
