Tomato salad with American dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g vine tomatoes
  • 150 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp basil, dried
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the yogurt with the mustard, basil, ketchup, tomato paste, and vinegar to make a dressing. Wash, trim, and chop the tomatoes, and toss with the dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
