- 250 g butter (soft)
- 175 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 bananas (well ripe)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 100 ml milk
- 400 g flour

This is a great recipe for using up leftover bananas. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and thoroughly butter a loaf pan. Mix the butter and sugar well, add the eggs, and continue beating. Break the bananas into large pieces (about quarters) and stir in. Add the vanilla sugar, yeast, and milk and fold in. Sift the flour and quickly knead in. Pour the dough into the loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes. The bread tastes great on its own, with butter, or (especially for the kids) with chocolate spread.
