Tomato salad with mint

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ onion(s), red
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 handful of mint
  • 30 ml vinaigrette with lime (ready-made product)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice 2 tomatoes and finely slice 1/2 red onion. Arrange the tomatoes on a platter in a shingle pattern, season with salt and pepper. Roughly chop a handful of mint. Sprinkle over the salad. Shake 30 ml of “Lemon Vinaigrette” vigorously and drizzle over the salad.
