Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g cherry tomatoes, date
  • 100 g physalis
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp honey
  • 3 tbsp water
  • e.g. lime(s), the juice
  • 1 small chili pepper(s), dried
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • Basil, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, cut the tomatoes, bell peppers, and physalis into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Dissolve the honey in 3 tablespoons of water, then add the oil and the juice of 1 to 2 limes. Then finely chop the dried chili, garlic, and fresh basil and add them. Season with salt and pepper.
