Tomato sauce with hunting sausage

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g hunting sausage
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 500 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • ½ liter beef broth
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • some oil for frying
  • n. B. cornstarch

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

made quick and easy

Sauté finely chopped onions and diced sausage. Pour in the passata and broth, add tomato paste, and simmer until the onions are soft. Season to taste with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic paste. Thicken with cornstarch if desired. This goes well with any type of pasta, but macaroni is best.
