Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon(s), zest
- 1 tbsp, heaped oregano
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 4 chicken thighs
- 400 g tagliatelle
- 120 g low-fat curd cheese
- salt and pepper
- Baking spray, fat-free

Preheat the oven to 140°C (top/bottom heat). Squeeze the garlic cloves and place them in a bowl with the lemon zest, oregano, paprika, and salt; mix well. Add the chicken thighs and set aside. They should be well coated with the seasoning on all sides. Spray an ovenproof dish with baking spray. Arrange the thighs next to each other in the dish. Season the meat with salt and pepper, spray with a little baking spray, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until cooked through. 10 minutes before the end of the baking time, cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions, drain well, and divide between four plates. Arrange the chicken thighs on top of the pasta. Add the quark to the remaining pan juices in the dish and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper and spoon over the thighs. Sprinkle with parsley and a little paprika for decoration and serve hot. Serve with a green salad. Note: If you want to save extra calories, remove the skin from the chicken thighs.
