Tomato Soup Exquisite

The perfect tomato soup exquisite recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

for the tomato soup

  • 1 kilogram Fresh tomatoes (peeled and cooked)
  • 250 ml. Beef stock (from stock or a good variety in a jar)
  • 250 ml. Vegetable stock (from stock or a good variety in a jar)
  • 150 ml. Cream 30% fat
  • 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 branch Rosemary
  • 1 branch Thai basil

for spicing up

  • 12 piece Mushrooms brown
  • 1 tablespoon Walnut oil
  • 3 piece Limes (make lime zest from a lime)

  • 6 Discs American sandwich
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic oil
  • Pepper salt,
  • 125 g Salted shrimp
  • 12 piece Snack tomatoes
  • Chilli paste

Start up lunch (pre-soup) with a difference today

Preparation step 1:

  1. Let the tomatoes soak in hot water for 3 minutes. Now skin the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Add the beef and vegetable stock. Let simmer for ten minutes. Add the chopped herbs (of the season) and brushed off champions whole. Add pepper, salt, a dash of walnut oil and grated lime (to taste). Before serving, spice is added with a little chilli paste.

  1. Place in the oven for 10 minutes (convection at 180 degrees). Before serving, whip the soup briefly in the stand mixer on pulsing 5-10 times.

  1. Take the plate with the gratinated sandwich out of the oven and pour the soup over it. It’s a very nice sight, because the soup is still boiling a little due to the heat of the gratinated sandwich. Now put the star breadcrumbs and champions on a plate. Put the lime down with a grater. Everything is ready and you can feast.
