Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 onions
  • 750 g tomatoes
  • 120 g mountain cheese, grated
  • 200 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Knead together the flour, butter, egg, and a pinch of salt to make the base dough. Place in a greased quiche dish. Slice the onions into rings or strips and sauté lightly. Spread over the base and let cool. Sprinkle with cheese. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Arrange them over the onions and cheese. Whisk together the eggs, cream, and spices and spread the egg-cream mixture over the tart. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
