Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 125 ml cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g almond(s), flakes
- 100 g dark chocolate coating

Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan-assisted). Bring the butter, sugar, honey, cream, and a pinch of salt to a boil once. Simmer the butter, sugar, and honey mixture over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Stir in the flaked almonds while stirring. Spoon the mixture into a muffin tin, a teaspoon at a time (this is important because the mixture will spread on the baking sheet) and bake for about 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool and then remove them from the tin with a sharp knife (it’s easy when they’re hard). Cover the bottoms with chocolate coating. This whole process is a breeze; these cookies will love you! Extra tip: It’s even easier with a silicone muffin tin. Simply pop the cooled cookies out!
