Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • some salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chives, in rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

goes well with salads, asparagus, pan-fried dishes or spaghetti

Peel and deseed the tomatoes, and finely dice them. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir in the olive oil and chives.
