Cake in Cup

The perfect cake in cup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 7 tbsp Almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Alba oil
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 1,5 tbsp Ground almonds
  • 0,5 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 2 Splash Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate sauce vegan or cocoa
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  1. Mix all ingredients in a cup and place in the microwave at approx. 700 W for 2 to 2.5 minutes (depending on whether it should be soft and mushy on the inside or “well done”).
