Tomatoes – mozzarella – cucumbers – salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 30 g parsley
  • 2 packs of mozzarella
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar, fruity raspberry vinegar or white balsamic vinegar
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with parsley-garlic dressing

Slice the tomatoes, cucumbers, and mozzarella and arrange them diagonally in a dish. Blend the parsley, olive oil, raspberry vinegar, salt, and garlic in a blender and sprinkle over the top. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Serve with fish, meat, poultry, or even just flatbread or baguette.
