Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g gnocchi
- 2 large carrots
- 1 small onion(s)
- 70 g ham cubes, can also be omitted
- 2 tbsp, heaped cream cheese
- vegetable broth
- Paprika powder
- garlic powder
- pepper

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
simple and fast, for everyday use
Grate the carrots into small rings. Finely chop the onion. Cook both in a non-stick frying pan with a little water and stock, covered, until just before you want them to be tender. Let the gnocchi rise in plenty of boiling salted water. Add the cream cheese, diced ham, and seasoning to the vegetables and stir well. Add the gnocchi and mix. Enjoy.
