Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized tomatoes
  • 2 packs of mozzarella
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • basil

Instructions

Cut a “lid” off the tomatoes and hollow them out. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper, then fill with the mozzarella cubes. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, garnish with basil leaves, and then cover with the cut-off lid, if desired, and serve. This way, everyone has their own little Caprese salad. It looks pretty and is a hit.
