Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 400 g sausage (hunting sausage)
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 500 ml tomato sauce, with or without pieces
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- Paprika powder
- 2 balls of mozzarella
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Cut the sausage into cubes approximately 5×5 mm (it’s okay if the cubes are larger) and fry in margarine until crispy and brown. Mix the tomato sauce, crème fraîche, salt, pepper, and paprika well. When the pasta and sausage are cooked, combine them and place in a sufficiently large casserole dish. Pour the sauce over the sausage and top with the sliced mozzarella. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) until the mozzarella melts and turns light brown.
