Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g dried fruit (mix of candied lemon, candied orange, raisins)
  • 2 tsp spice mix (Stollen spice)
  • 2 tsp rum
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 150 g honey
  • 100 ml milk
  • 350 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For 12 muffins

Combine the fruit mix, Stollen spice, and rum in a bowl and let it sit for 20 minutes. Melt the butter and mix it with the eggs, sugar, honey, and milk. Sift in the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt and mix everything into a smooth batter. Mix the fruit with the batter and divide it into paper muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at approximately 170 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
