Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 sponge cake
- 200 ml juice
- 500 g fresh fruit (peaches, raspberries, bananas)
- 250 ml vanilla pudding
- 1 pack of jelly, green, red or yellow
- 250 ml cream
- 1 pack of Smarties
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
An English dessert – very tasty!
Prepare the jelly according to the instructions and refrigerate overnight. Take a large glass bowl. Place the sponge cake base on top and soak it in the juice. Place a layer of fruit on top, then pile the custard on top. Stir the jelly with a fork and place it on top of the custard. Whip the cream and decorate the jelly with it. If desired, place the Smarties on top of the cream.
