Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tortellini with meat filling
- 300 g vegetables, frozen
- 250 ml milk or cream
- 1 bag of cheese, grated, e.g. Gouda, Edam, as desired
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
for quick student meals
Place the tortellini in a baking dish. Sprinkle the frozen vegetables over the tortellini. Season with salt and pepper. Pour milk over the tortellini to prevent it from drying out. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 25-30 minutes.
