Pineapple – Coconut – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g pineapple
  • 200 g desiccated coconut, fine
  • 20 ml coconut milk
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1
  • citric acid

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the pineapple into small pieces and place it in a large pot along with the batida and desiccated coconut. Blend. Add the gelling sugar and citric acid, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 4 minutes according to the package instructions. Test for settling. Pour the jam into jars, seal, and turn upside down for a few minutes.
